Heaven on Earth

Heaven on Earth? On June 16th I was awakened by a couple more songs. The first thing I heard was ooh baby do you know what thats worth, We'll make heaven a place on earth. I remember thinking I should know that song but as I am not that great with remembering artists or words to songs I asked my husband. Of course he immediately knew the words and who it was by.

I love how the Lord gives me one line out of song and then the lyrics explain the rest.

Listen to the song about Heaven on Earth

Here are the Lyrics!

Heaven is a place on Earth´╗┐

Oh, baby do you know what that's worth?
Oh, Heaven is a place on Earth.
They say in Heaven, love comes first
We'll make Heaven a place on Earth
Oh, Heaven is a place on Earth

When the night falls down,
I wait for you, and to come around
And the world's alive
With the sound of kids on the street outside
When you walk into the room
You pull me close and we start to move
And we're spinnin' with the stars above
And you lift me up
In the wave of love

Oh, baby do you know what that's worth?
Oh Heaven is a place on Earth
They say in Heaven, love comes first
We'll make Heaven a place on Earth
Oh, Heaven is a place on Earth

When I feel alone, I reach for you and to bring me home
When I'm lost at sea
I hear your voice, and it carries me
In this world we're just beginning
To understand the miracle of living
Baby, I was afraid before
I'm not afraid, any more

Oh, baby do you know what that's worth?
Oh, Heaven is a place on Earth
They say in Heaven, love comes first
We'll make Heaven a place on earth
Oh, Heaven is a place on Earth

In this world we're just beginning
To understand the miracle of living
Baby I was afraid before
I'm not afraid, any more

Oh, baby do you know what that's worth?
Oh, Heaven is a place on Earth
They say in Heaven, love comes first
We'll make Heaven a place on Earth

heaven on earth

Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Isn't that what we have been taught? Love is suppose to come first. What would earth be like if we actually put love first. If we loved our neighbors as ourselves. If we cared for the poor, the widows, and the orphans? If we treated everyone with compassion. If we all stayed in joy, love, and peace.

We are now just beginning to understand the miracle of life. What all did Jesus really die on the cross for? Yes, for our sins, but what else? Maybe we need to ask him? What does the bible tell us? Did he die so we could all be poor, and lacking in faith and hope? I doubt it. Did he die so we would have to search for food or clothing. I doubt it.

Why don't we have the "things" he died for? What is stopping us from having Heaven on Earth? Maybe we should ask him instead of trying to figure it all out on our own? After all we call him God, the Father. Don't you suppose he would have the answers we are looking for. Many times we go to our earthly Father's for answers. Why don't we go to our heavenly Father for these types of questions or for any question as far as that goes. I want Heaven on Earth. Don't you?

Take the time to talk to your Heavenly Father. Just as you want to talk to your Father on earth.. Your Father in Heaven is waiting patiently for you to talk to him.. "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know" Jeremiah 33:3
(by the way, the number 3 represents recieving. Recieve, Recieve, Recieve!) Also the unsearchable is searchable through God. He desires to give you answers to the secrets. He wants to give you the Kingdom and he wants to give you what YOU and He desire. It requires a relationship.

A relationship requires more than going to church. It's no different than the relationship you have with your friends and family.

Just saying.. It's worth getting to know Your Heavenly Father. He loves us and wants to sing over us!

Ooooh Baby do you know what thats worth? We'll make Heaven a Place on Earth!
